Happy Birthday Mia Grace! (Click on Happy Birthday to see pictures from last year) It is hard to believe a year has come and gone..I get tears in my eyes just thinking about the past year. Jim and I feel so blessed by our little girl. Our lives have changed so much this past year, but we could not be more thankful for each and every moment.

Mia's spunky personality is developing more everyday! She is on the move, not walking yet, but she is all over the house! We think walking will come in the next few months but for now she can crawl faster than I can run!
To celebrate our little girls day we took a trip to the park with Nana & Papa for lunch, swinging and slidding!

Mia also went for a ride in her new jogging stroller (ok so this was a birthday gift for the whole family, but she gets the fun part)! Our families came in from out of town, so we were able to meet up and have dinner on the square to celebrate the BIG DAY! Mia's birthday falls on one of the most exciting weekends in Oxford, Double Decker! The weekend was filled with activities to do, baseball games to see, food to eat, etc. Jim took Mia to the festival with my dad, brother and sister-in-law..they enjoyed feeding goats

at the petting zoo, visiting the different art booths, face painting for the cousins and much more. We had a small birthday party for Mia with family and friends from our small group on Saturday afternoon between all the festivities. Check back for another post of pictures from the party and Mia's 1 yr. Check-Up.

This picture makes me laugh..it is like she was telling Groovy Girl..we made it! Can you believe I am ONE!
We look forward to this next year which I am sure will go by as fast as the first..we also want to thank everyone for all the prayers you have prayed for us over the past year! We could not have made it through our first year of parenthood without ya'll!
