Jim and I loaded up the car and headed to Jackson on Friday evening..we had a great time visiting with the family. Saturday..the guys golfed, while the girls ran around town and went shopping! Sometime during the course of the day someone got the bright idea that we should all go downtown Jackson and run in a 5K race called Run from the Sun! 
It ended up being a great time however, I still cannot feel my legs. HA. Jim, Kristi and I ran the 5K..while the kids, Pop Pop and Chris took on the Fun Run! Actually, Jim ended up running the 1 mile fun run as well. It was a great cause and a fun way to spend our Saturday evening. Afterwards we headed to home for the annual Pre-Easter Crawfish Night! Mia loved playing with her cousins...she looked like such a big girl crawling after them and playing with them on the floor.
Sunday was a beautiful morning where we went to church and celebrated JESUS! Mia attended Grammie & Pop Pops nursery and did great...this made us very nervous not knowing anyone but she seemed to have a good time. Grammie made an incredible meal for Easter Sunday Brunch. 
The kids found Easter baskets..so they were happy to know the bunny found his way to their house. After lunch, we all went out for a little Easter Egg Hunt. The older girls helped Mia which was very sweet of them.
This time next year, Mia will be sprinting around with them finding eggs and actually eating the candy! For now, Mia loves playing with the eggs and putting them in her basket.It was a wonderful weekend filled with many laughs, celebrations and food! Since this was Mia's first Easter...we had to take millions of pictures..Enjoy!
