BEACHTIME!

Better late than never! Posting this far after the event really makes us realize how fast Mia is growing up. She looks like a baby in these pictures and is now definitely a big girl!
After the wedding in Baton Rouge that we went to in June we loaded the cars and continued our journey to Destin with Jim's family. The weather was perfect and the girls had so much fun together. We missed Stacey & Robert but hope they can make it next time. We spent the days at the beach or the pool and Mia LOVED it. She is not crazy about sand but we will work on that with future trips.
We enjoyed Baytown Wharf and all the activities it had to offer, especially the firework display! The older girls went to the Big Kahuna, but we stayed behind this year. We also enjoyed shopping at the outlets, dinners out, golf, tennis, TCBY and lots of walking for excerise after all those yummy meals out! Ha. Daddy even held a parrott which Mia really loved! Thanks Grammie & Pop Pop for our great trip..we hope we can all do it again next year.
