Precious Mia has transitioned from the baby stage to a toddler. At least we feel so around the house and have had people tell us she looks like a toddler now. She continues to bring so much JOY to everyone she is around. Her smile, laughs, wrinkled nose poses and attitude are absolutely contagious!Mia is crawling at a much faster pace these days. She finds it very funny when crawling quickly to get to Jersey's dog food..especially when she hears mama running after her. She also has started feeding Jersey. She loves to drop her peas on the floor and watch over the side as Jersey eats them. We are trying to have her feed herself with a spoon, but so far it just goes on the floor and she gets a little bit frustrated and just wants me to do it. I probably should not wait until she is starving to experiment!
Mia has a new love and that is frogs! Charlie, Mia's boyfriend, bought her a frog when she was still in my belly. It sits on a shelf in her room and one morning she woke up and noticed him and the rest was history. Every morning now, when she wakes up we go say hi to froggy and then give him a big hug! Grammie surprised Mia with her very own princess froggy that she hugs on all the time. It really is darling! When you ask her to hug her froggy..this is what you get..
She loves playing with daddy! The minute he comes home it is nonstop playtime! Her favorite games are peek-a-boo under the coffee table and running up and down the stairs in daddy's arms watching Jersey follow. Our favorite time together is eating Cheerios in the morning and reading her Cheerio book!
